Starting with a consultation I can provide custom flows and provide adjustments to maximize the benefits of each pose.

When I moved to New York City after college, I was overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of daily life. I found a beginner class that really introduced me to yoga and I have kept a practice since. It has followed me from New York City to Portland to San Francisco and back to Chicago. Now I work to share the physical and mental benefits that a consistent yoga practice can provide.

New to yoga

I will help introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga in a welcoming and accessible environment. Our sessions offers a gentle and accessible introduction to the practice, providing a foundation for developing strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness over time.


Meditation for beginners

An introduction to mindfulness meditation class is designed to help individuals learn the basics of mindfulness meditation and cultivate a greater sense of present moment awareness and inner peace. I will work with you to determine which style of meditation you connect with and how to fit it into your lifed.


Restorative and rest 

If you want to work on your stress try a restorative class or yoga nidra session. Regular practice is believed to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance self-awareness, and promote overall well-being. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or prior experience with meditation or yoga.


Posture hacks

Yoga can offer a holistic approach to improving posture and promoting overall spinal health and well-being. Gentle stretches and poses that open the chest and shoulders can counteract the effects of prolonged sitting and screen time.


Sound healing

The soothing tones produced by crystal bowls help induce a state of deep relaxation, similar to the effects of meditation or deep breathing exercises. As you listen to the sounds experience a sense of calmness and tranquility, which can reduce stress and tension in the body and mind.


Kids’ yoga

A kids' yoga class is designed to introduce children to the practice of yoga in a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate way. I work with children to explore yoga and mindfulness while developing physical strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience. Class can provide children with valuable tools for lifelong well-being.
